In 2024, we were contacted by a company in Western Sydney, who were looking to carve out a flexible office meeting corner nook, as the office has an open plan with hive working desks, and no private meeting room for team huddles. We supplied 2 sets of single-door configuration ACOUSTICflo folding doors that were installed by the company's handyman with the assistance of our team on the phone. The two acoustic accordion doors came together at a 90degree meeting point, without a corner post, to enable employees to create a modular meeting room. The lightweight system with easy magnetic click closing allowed easy daily reconfiguration while maintaining acoustic separation during meetups.
The ACOUSTICflo is the highest-spec model of our concertina doors - with top and bottom seals that overlap with the underside of the frame and floor, sealing the opening as a full-cover folding wall. It also has acoustic foam between the mirroring folding doors, delivering a noise barrier and insulative properties.
